We have had the best few days at Cohort. Facilities are excellent. The students felt at home and all the staff were super friendly & informative. We would highly recommend Happy Dinners if you've arrived in St Ives late - really yummy! The best few days for art, photography and improving our mental health & wellbeing. We'll be back!
Cohort in St Ives was excellent. I urge you to try it. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The shared bathroom (by gender) was clean at all times and a shower or cubicle always available. I really liked the curtain, USB port and socket at each bed. I'm not sure I could stay at a hostel without the curtain as I like to read late.
I stayed in a female-only bunk room for 6. The room was more than adequate and touches such as the curtain and reading light were very appreciated. The common areas were really well thought out and the character of the building (an adaptive reuse of an old church) were charming. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
We stayed at Cohort as part of a university field trip and absolutely loved our stay here. The amenities offered everything we needed plus the staff made us feel very welcome in St Ives. We particularly liked the hostel's environmental policies.
I was a little apprehensive staying in a dorm with people I didn't know but the hostel was so friendly and accommodating! It is clean and I can not wait to return in the summer!! Thank you for a very memorable stay
