Beds for Everybody
We have dorm beds, family rooms, private rooms for single occupany, large privates for up to 6 people, female only dorm rooms. It makes us the ideal place for solo travellers, families, groups of friends, cyclists, surfers, walkers and YOU!
Dorm beds start at £34.20/bed/night. Private rooms start at £62.10/night. Non-refundable rates give you 10% off.
While we value our relationship with Booking.com, AirBnB and HostelWorld it is always cheaper to Book Direct.
We welcome families of all shapes and sizes and our private rooms are designed to make things as easy and budget friendly as possible. We offer rooms for families of 3 up to 6 people and our self-catering kitchen, large lounge with a selection of board games and TV room make it the ideal place to base yourself in the centre of St Ives.

We are situated in the centre of town; within a few minutes walk to all St Ives’ 5 beaches, the SW coast path, the Tate, the Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden and over 50 bars, eateries and galleries.
If you are interested in booking on behalf of an organised group, i.e. a university society, sports club, faith group, etc. please get in touch with us via phone or email; we offer extras for groups of 10+ including breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal options which cannot be booked online.

Cohort is open for everyone over the Easter period, Summer (school) holidays and NYE; the rest of the time we open for Educational Visits only.
Public opening dates vary slightly from year to year; as a guide however you can usually expect us to be open for 2 – 3 weeks over Easter, then from late July to early September and finally for 2 – 3 nights over NYE.
Please do not arrive without a booking which you can make online.
