If you are interested in booking on behalf of a group please get in touch with us via phone or email; we offer extras for groups of 10+ including breakfast and packed lunch options which cannot be booked online. Outside of the summer season we also offer group (exclusive) use of the hostel which is very cost-effective if you have a group of 30+.
Please note we DO NOT ACCEPT STAG or HEN PARTIES unless the entire hostel is booked out.
For all groups check out our GROUP STAYS page for more details or just give us a call / drop us an email.
We welcome families of all shapes and sizes however there are a couple of things to note:
(1) unfortunately we cannot accept children under 3 years old
(2) we welcome all kids 3 years+ however if you are travelling with children aged 9 years old or under we do require you to be in a room on your own as we do not allow children under 10 years old to share a room with guests they are not travelling with; this is both for the security of your children and the convenience of our guests.
If you are booking online please ensure you book out an entire dorm room if there are underage children in your party. If you are unsure of anything just give us a call or drop us a line, we’ll get back to you ASAP.
The hostel is closed for annual maintenance every January.
During November, December & February the hostel is open for advance, group bookings only.
Reception is not automatically manned during this period – please do not arrive without a booking.
30th December – 2nd January: We are open to all and reception is open 8am – 10pm.
Most restaurants are open all year round, as are the shops, cafes and galleries. It’s still St Ives just not as you know it.
