All our dorm beds have their own privacy curtain, individual reading light, plug socket, USB port and under-bed lockable storage. Bring your own padlock or hire / buy one from reception. All bed linen is provided (not towels) and in all cases single sex or unisex toilets and showers are close by.
All rooms are different shapes and sizes; this is the wonderful thing about being in a Grade II listed building. Cohort is not purpose built; embrace the quirks and make new friends.
Ideal for friends & families of up to 6 people
Each large private room has 6 beds (3 x bunk beds), each bed has a privacy curtain, individual reading light, plug socket, USB port and under-bed, lockable storage. All bed linen is provided (not towels) and single sex or unisex toilets and showers are close by. Unique, spacious rooms with large sash windows opening onto the main street, side street or courtyard.
In all cases these rooms are private. Whether there are 3 of you or 6 of you, you will have the room to yourselves.
Smaller, private rooms for up to 4 people
Each room has 3 x bunk beds with just 4 single bunk beds made up. They are compact rooms with a cold water sink and large sash window overlooking the main street. Each bed has a privacy curtain, individual reading light, plug socket, USB port and under-bed, lockable storage. All bed linen is provided (not towels) and single sex toilets and showers are close by.
These are ideal rooms for small groups who don’t want to share with anyone else; they’re perfectly proportioned but not hugely spacious so don’t overpack!
Spacious private rooms for up to 5 people
5 beds in total (1 x double bed and 3 x singles). Each bed has its own privacy curtain, reading light, USB port, plug socket and under-bed, lockable storage. Just a few steps from the unisex shower block, kitchen, courtyard and dining room making it ideal for families. All bed linen is provided (not towels).
If you’re travelling with young children these rooms are IDEAL! They are very big with lots of floor space for all the stuff families need to bring along with them.
Ideal for couples or small families
These private rooms can be for single, twin, double or triple occupancy. They consist of 1 x bunk bed with a standard double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. Cold water sink, under-bed storage and a large sash window which overlooks the main street. All bed linen is provided (not towels) and single sex toilets and showers are close by.
Great for a couple or a family of 3. Not great for 3 adults; while you can book these rooms for 3 grown people please be aware that space will be tight!
Ideal for single / twin occupancy
Compact rooms with 1 x bunk bed, suitable for single or twin occupancy. Cold water sinks, plenty of storage and a Smart TV. All bed linen is provided (not towels) and single sex and unisex toilets and showers are close by.
PLEASE NOTE: these rooms do not have external facing / opening windows however they are fully ventilated and well lit. These rooms are a slightly longer walk from the shower blocks.
